Graduate Nurse Residency Program

• Expect a supportive transition to nursing
• Program starts with 2 weeks of classroom orientation that includes review of policies and procedures, use of equipment, skills training/validation, simulation, telemetry course and IV insertion course
• 12 weeks orientation with a one to one preceptor(extended for specialty area) with 1:1 check ins every 2 weeks.

• Online Learning Modules for ICU, ED, Behavioral Health Specialties

• Have earned an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program. Associates degree must enroll in a BSN with 6 months of hire.
• Must have an active license prior to hire.
