Bristol Hospital uses two portals - one for your health records and one to give you access to pay your bill online.

Payment Plans Through ClearBalance

Need a way to pay your out of pocket medical costs? The ClearBalance program is a revolving credit account available to make payments over an extended period of time. Click here to self-enroll your accounts in the program or manage and make payments on your existing ClearBalance account. Interest free and no application or credit check is necessary. Revolving credit accounts are offered by Republic Bank & Trust, member FDIC. ClearBalance is a registered service mark of CSI Financial Services, LLC, which provides certain account servicing functions for the bank.

Sign up for our Bristol Hospital Patient Portal

How to Sign Up

There are two easy ways to sign up for access to the Bristol Hospital Patient Health Portal:

1. During your registration process at the hospital by providing your photo ID and a valid personal email address. 

OR 

2. Present your photo ID and a valid personal email address to staff in the Health Information Management Department. Please call 860.585.3414 for more information.

Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email containing an invitation to log in to the Portal. Please note, you will also need your medical record number to login, found on your authorization form, discharge instructions or hospital ID bracelet (M#########).

Once you have logged in to the portal, you will be able to:

  • Access online resources
  • View your Health Record
  • View discharge instructions
  • Pay your Bristol Hospital bill online
  • View scheduled appointments
