What is Hospice?

Hospice is a specialized healthcare program dedicated to providing care and support to you or your loved one suffering from life-threatening illnesses. Hospice care is primarily provided to persons at home but is also available in skilled facilities or, if medically appropriate, in the hospital.

By providing relief of trouble symptoms and giving social support for the family, our team takes appropriate measures to ensure a comfortable death experience is had for not only the patient but their loved ones as well. A person using hospice care has a typical life expectancy of 6 months or less.
